Customer Satisfaction
Our customers are important to us and your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with our service or our product, please call and talk with us. We will do our very best to try to satisfy your concerns.
Terms
OUR STANDARD TERMS are 2% 10 days, net 30 days from invoice date to open credit approved accounts. A credit limit may be applied to open accounts as a means to limit our exposure. All other accounts will be shipped on a C.O.D. or credit card basis only. Heiser Logistics accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards only. Any C.O.D. account which requests a drop shipment will require a credit card guarantee. A service charge for returned checks is imposed at the rate of $25 for the first presentation and at $50 for subsequent presentations or "do not re-present" bank orders. Any account that has 2 NSF checks in any 1-year period will be placed on a money order, certified check or credit card basis.
Pricing
THE PRICES IN THIS CATALOG are effective immediately and we will only accept orders at the stated pricing. Formal contracts in place at time of receipt of this catalog will be honored. Prices and quotations are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
Shipping
ALL SALES ARE F.O.B. from point of shipment. We do not add any additional charges for the purpose of any shipment made directly to your customer. Charges may include freight, insurance, c.o.d., hazardous and handling. Heiser Logistics offers freight incentive programs. These programs are dependent on customer order or aggregate sales volume; your Heiser Sales Manager can provide details for your account. Routing of all subsidized freight programs is wholly at the discretion of Heiser Logistics. We will be happy to ship by a customer’s preference but all such shipments will be excluded from any freight incentive program provided by us.
Note: All packing lists that accompany shipments are non-priced.
Returns
IF WE MAKE a shipping error and a product or order has to be returned or exchanged, we will correct the error and absorb any freight charges associated with that error. All other returns require a return material authorization number, which can be requested from your Heiser Sales Manager. Special Orders are non-returnable. Unauthorized or C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Minimum Billing
WE DO NOT have a minimum billing amount. No service charge will be applied to back orders.
Express Warranty
THE SELLER WARRANTS its products and equipment to be free from defects in material or workmanship over a period of one year from date of shipment from its factory. Products not manufactured by Heiser Logistics are not warranted by Heiser Logistics. Heiser Logistics will assist our customers with warranty claim administration for products purchased from us, but manufactured by others. The Seller is not responsible for damage to its products through improper installation, maintenance, use, repairs or adjustments, or attempts to operate them above its rated capacity or voltage, intentionally or otherwise, or for unauthorized repairs. NO OTHER representations, guarantees or warranties, express or implied, are made by the Seller and the foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other representations and warranties, express or implied, which are hereby expressly disclaimed and waived by Buyer including any warranty of merchantability or of fitness for particular purpose.
Force Majeure
SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE in any way for any default or delay in shipping due to contingencies beyond its control, or the control of its suppliers or sub-contractors, which prevents or interferes with the Seller making delivery on the date specified, including but not limited to war, or restraints affecting shipping, delivery of materials or credit as a result of war or war restrictions, non-arrival, delay or failure to produce materials as a result of war or war restrictions, rationing of fuel, strikes, lockouts, fires, bombings, accidents, floods, droughts and any other contingency affecting the Seller, its suppliers, or subcontractors; and the Seller shall have the right to cancel a contract of sale or to extend the shipping date in the event that one or more of such contingencies prevent or delay shipments. In the event of delayed or extended shipping dates due to the above causes, and the Buyer changes shipping instructions, any additional shipping charges shall be paid by the Buyer as a part of the purchase price.
